Senior Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 140,000Responsibilities:
Budget planning and forecasting in close coordination with the operational departments
Preparation and optimisation of financial reports and ad-hoc analyses to support management
Review and further development of financial processes as well as ensuring efficient procedures
Support and training of operational teams in financial management and reporting
Monitoring sales activities, including order intake, invoicing and debt collection
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in controlling, ideally in a project-driven environment
Business administration education with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification
Numerical affinity and analytical thinking to develop decision-making bases
Hands-on mentality and ability to proactively drive optimisations
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
