We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and versatile person, capable of ensuring both the operational management of a mechanical workshop, technical support and the daily management of a team.

Desired profile
- Technical training such as CFC Polymécanicien, ES Technician or equivalent training considered.
- Proven experience in a mechanical production, microtechnology, watchmaking or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, etc.).
- Experience in team management.
- Ability to intervene directly on site and provide technical support to teams.
- Organised, rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented person.
- Natural leadership, clear communication and sense of priorities.
- Practical mindset, versatility and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
