Responsibilities:
You carry out payroll processing including personnel and payroll administration
You monitor time management and expense processes
You perform year-end tasks such as salary certificates and ELM declarations
You prepare payroll data and create customer-specific evaluations
You are the contact person for customers, insurance companies, and external bodies
You support, depending on suitability, other fiduciary activities in accounting and taxes
Qualifications:
Experience in payroll service; experience in a fiduciary environment is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office and a common payroll ERP; Abacus is an advantage
Independent, precise, and responsible working style
High customer and service orientation as well as affinity for modern working methods
Confident German and English language skills
