Sales Representative

Your Mission :

As part of a dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for developing and promoting products and solutions to both existing customers and new prospects within your assigned territory. As a true brand ambassador, you will contribute to achieving sales targets by building strong and trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in your market. This is primarily a field-based role, requiring close customer interaction and regular face-to-face engagement.

Your Responsibilities :

• Implement sales action plans to maximize business opportunities with existing customers and prospects.
• Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to targeted healthcare professionals.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure continued business growth.
• Execute the company's sales processes and policies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
• Inform customers about new product launches, services, promotional offers, and pricing updates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders within the industry.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on your expertise and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the coordination of sales activities within a small team environment.
• Provide regular activity reporting and share relevant market and customer insights.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of successful experience in a field sales role.
• Experience in dermocosmetics, skin health, pharmacy, or working with physicians would be a strong advantage.
• Fluent Swiss German,German and English are required.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
