What to expect

• Independently planning, conducting and reporting audits in various company areas
• Analysing processes, risks and controls and deriving practical recommendations for the further development of the company
• Participating in risk-based audit planning and internal audit projects
• Developing our audit methods, data analyses and internal processes as well as close cooperation with various stakeholders

What you bring

• Several years of experience in internal or external audit, ideally in the health insurance or insurance industry
• Completed business administration training (university, university of applied sciences, college) with relevant further training in auditing (CIA, CPA or equivalent)
• Structured, careful and analytical working style with high personal responsibility, knowledge of AI and data analytics is an advantage
• Confident German as well as the ability to present complex issues clearly, appropriately for the audience and convincingly
• High initiative, good self-organisation and enjoyment in solving complex questions
