The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

We are looking for our establishment EMS Contesse in Croy which accommodates 36 people and specialises in geriatrics:

Whatever their role, the professionals of the Saphir Foundation share a common goal, that is to support people daily to enable them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is, to maintain their habits as much as possible, offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through genuine interprofessional collaboration, ensure the well-being and happiness of the people.

As a community care and health assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting people in daily life and will take part in their overall support by assessing their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. You will participate in the development of support plans and provide delegated medical acts under the supervision of the qualified nurse and will prioritise interprofessional collaboration. Furthermore, you will participate in the supervision of new professionals, apprentices and interns in the support service.

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a community care and health assistant
• You have an interest in the medico-social field and particularly geriatrics
• Your attitude is centred on the well-being of the person
• You are flexible, adaptable and organised
• Communication, team spirit and the ability to self-reflect are qualities that define you
• You are proficient with common IT tools (Carefolio) and have perfect command of the French language
