Product Owner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You develop a clear product strategy focusing on innovation, AI and automation
You prioritise requirements and use AI as well as low-code for greater efficiency
You work closely with the development team and medical professionals
You lead projects and optimise existing systems
You ensure compliance with legal requirements and analyse user feedback
Qualifications:
You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification
You have at least three years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a digital or healthcare-related environment
You are familiar with processes in medical practices, care facilities or home care organisations; knowledge of e-prescriptions and medical documentation is a plus
You are confident with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban as well as tools like Jira and Confluence and are familiar with AI, automation and no-code/low-code
You communicate clearly, think analytically, bring new ideas and speak fluent German; English skills are an advantage
