- Independent programming and operation of coordinate measuring machines (Mitutoyo)
- Execution of highly precise 3D measurements
- Creation of detailed measurement protocols and first sample inspection reports as binding quality basis
- Expert evaluation of measurement results as well as identification of trends or critical deviations
- Support of relevant departments in understanding and interpreting complex measurement results
- Active participation in root cause analysis and consulting on metrological issues throughout the manufacturing process
Your Profile
- Technical basic training as polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or mechanic
- Professional experience in industrial metrology
- Proficient in programming 3D coordinate measuring devices - ideally with Mitutoyo systems
- Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, especially form and positional tolerances
- Structured and precise working method with the aim of delivering absolute reliability in data
- Ability to prepare complex measurement results factually and communicate them precisely and understandably to the departments
