Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Host/hostess for our supplementary insured patients
• Proper ordering and serving of meals and drinks taking medical requirements into account
• Reception, advice, support and farewell of supplementary insured patients as well as various errands
• Presentation of room infrastructure and minor cleaning tasks
• Interesting and responsible role in close cooperation with interface areas, especially the kitchen and nursing

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• Experience in hospital operations is an advantage
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT skills
• Willingness to work during the following hours: Monday to Sunday between 06:35 and 19:20, in various shifts (early shift, late shift and split shift with 3 hours break)
