Your mission
You lead complex construction projects on site and coordinate teams, resources and work processes to ensure efficient, safe and high-quality completion of the works.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate large-scale structural work sites
- Ensure the quality and compliance of the work with current standards and plans as well as the financial monitoring of assigned sites
- Effectively manage teams on site to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure the maintenance of safety and environmental protection standards
- Proactively resolve problems, adapt to unforeseen site events and support the Site Manager
- You hold the Federal Foreman Certificate or an equivalent qualification
- You have recognised experience in a foreman role in structural work, preferably with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- You have exemplary teamwork skills and the ability to create a climate of trust
- You have a strong autonomy in project execution
- You possess good communication skills with your team
- Good knowledge of German
