IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Operation, configuration, and installation of IT networks, telephone systems, and WLAN access points
Execution of SLA-based maintenance and patching of servers and end devices
Handling of 1st and 2nd level support requests via telephone, remote access, and ticket system
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for knowledge transfer and transparency
Support in the areas of IT infrastructure, IT security, and operations
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in computer science
Practical experience with Microsoft 365 (Modern Workplace) and confident administration of the corresponding applications
Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and virtualisation solutions
Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, especially deployment and administration
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
