Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Responsibility for implementing competent, individual care and nursing of patients, taking into account various nursing concepts and standards
- Care of patients in surgery with a focus on general, visceral, endocrine and transplant surgery as well as vascular and thoracic surgery
- Promotion and support of trainees according to their level of training as a daily reference person
- Shaping an active and positive team and clinic culture
