Transport Planning Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central interface between our customers, drivers and partners, ensuring that all transports run smoothly. You plan and coordinate the daily transport orders while always keeping an overview of vehicles, routes and time windows. You take care of order entry in the system and ensure that all relevant information is complete and correct. In case of changes or unforeseen events, you react quickly and find pragmatic solutions. You maintain close contact with the drivers and support them with questions or problems during the tour. Furthermore, you maintain contact with our customers and proactively inform them about the status of their shipments.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Ideally some initial experience in transport logistics or planning

• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with various contacts

• Confident handling of MS Office and common planning systems

• Team spirit and an independent, solution-oriented working style

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
