What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced leader as Chief Executive Officer (m/f/d) to strategically and operationally further develop the company. Your tasks include:

• Development and implementation of the corporate strategy

• Overall responsibility for sales, results, and company development

• Leadership and further development of the management team

• Expansion of existing customer relationships as well as exploration of new markets and business areas

• Ensuring the highest quality, production, and delivery standards

• Promotion of innovation, digitalisation, and operational excellence

• Representation of the company towards customers, partners, authorities, and associations

• Close collaboration with the board of directors and ownership

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree (FH/ETH/Uni) in engineering, business administration, or equivalent qualification

• Several years of leadership experience as CEO, managing director, or executive board member in a manufacturing industrial company

• Ideally experience in metal processing, stamping technology, precision manufacturing, automotive supplier industry, or related sectors

• Proven competence in corporate development, sales, and change management

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong implementation skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Fluent German and English skills

• You are an integral, decisive leader with a clear vision who combines strategic thinking with operational proximity and knows how to motivate employees, inspire customers, and achieve sustainable results
