Foreman Locksmithing
What should you bring?
- Completed apprenticeship as a construction locksmith EFZ, plant and apparatus builder EFZ or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in metal construction or locksmithing
- Ideally experience in leading small teams
- Very good knowledge of welding processes TIG, MIG/MAG and electrode
- Experience with standards and quality requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 3834, EN 1090, EN 15085) is an advantage
- Very good understanding of technical drawings, parts lists and assemblies
- Structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
- Assertiveness, teamwork skills and high social competence
- Resilience and experience in dealing with deadline pressure
What can you expect?
- Technical and personnel management of a team of 3-5 employees in locksmithing
- Organisation, coordination and monitoring of daily workflows
- Planning and distribution of orders as well as control of work regarding quality, quantity and adherence to deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with production times, delivery dates and quality standards
- Execution and supervision of welding work (TIG, MIG/MAG, electrode)
- Preparation and assembly of assemblies according to technical drawings and parts lists
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work plans and documentation
