Industrial Methods and Processes Engineer 100% (M/F)
YOUR MISSION:
- Lead the industrialisation of new products and options, from the R&D phase to series stabilisation, according to Lean Manufacturing principles
- Define, structure and validate assembly and integration processes (robust and industrialisable)
- Coordinate the integration of technical modifications and product improvements
- Prepare and supervise prototype assemblies, pre-series and first industrialisations
- Define and optimise ranges, bills of materials, articles and ERP data in connection with the industrial base
- Manage the creation, updating and reliability of assembly instructions
- Ensure a secure transfer to production, including to internal/external partners
- Ensure ramp-up: monitor the first machines produced, analyse discrepancies, identify blocking points, coordinate corrective actions and guarantee complete stabilisation of the product in series
- Be a key player in transformation and industrial maturity within a logic of operational excellence and standardisation of industrialisation practices
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, promote smooth communication and support a positive and effective work dynamic
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Industrial Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrialisation, methods, industrial project management or product development
- Strong mastery of Lean tools and principles (VSM, kaizen, VA/NVA analysis, flow management, takt time). A Yellow Belt certification is essential and a Green Belt certification is an advantage
- Solid experience in a demanding environment: machine tools, micromechanics, robotics, special machines or automotive
- Complete mastery of industrialisation processes: prototypes, pre-series, controlled ramp-up and transfer to production
- Experience working in coordination with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing and field teams
- Excellent communication skills, transversal leadership and project review facilitation
- Strong ability to structure, standardise and improve processes
- Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, highly autonomous
- Ability to integrate quickly, collaborate constructively and establish working relationships based on trust and respect
- Proven experience in using an ERP and managing industrial data (articles, ranges, bills of materials)
- Good oral and written English skills at B2 level desired
