Project Manager, Planning and Studies – Head of Department

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall planning of the department's activities and projects
• Manage, together with the department management, new communication and digital transformation projects, from scoping to closure, as well as measuring results
• Supervise two specialists responsible for "customer" studies and mailings
• Support the department management in certain activities: budget preparation, monitoring of statistical analysis and mailing tools and budgets, monitoring of the internal control system

Your Profile

• Higher education (university or university of applied sciences), additional training in project management
• At least 5 years of experience, including proven experience in managing digital, IT or organisational projects
• Experience in the banking sector
• Interest in managing a small team
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of databases
• Strong interest in communication, marketing and analysis
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a sense of organisation
• Optimistic personality, who enjoys taking on challenges and progressing
• Native French speaker, German and/or English are assets
