For our client, a manufacturing industrial company with a technically sophisticated plant, we are looking for an experienced individual as Head of Maintenance & Engineering. In this role, you combine operational maintenance with leadership responsibilities and technical projects. Together with your team, you ensure high plant availability, further develop existing processes, and accompany technical investments from planning to implementation.
- Responsibility for preventive and reactive maintenance of production facilities and technical infrastructure
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, overhauls, repairs, and technical adjustments
- Systematic analysis of plant malfunctions and implementation of sustainable measures to improve availability and operational safety
- Support of technical investment and optimisation projects from initial planning to handover into ongoing operations
- Further development of workflows and maintenance processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
- Experience in industrial maintenance and technical production environment
- Further training at a professional or higher level is an advantage
- Experience in leading or coordinating employees as well as enjoyment in developing a team
- Good knowledge in systematic fault analysis and a broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Communicative personality with decision-making ability and enthusiasm for technical improvement projects
- Fluent German language skills
- Responsible leadership position with direct influence on the technical performance of production

Profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field- Experience in industrial maintenance and technical production environment
