The Emergency Centre at KSW is open 365 days a year, around the clock. In our Emergency Centre, we offer the full and comprehensive spectrum of emergency medicine for around 64,600 patients annually. Our interdisciplinary emergency ward with 12 beds is an integral part of the Emergency Centre. We care for patients where a short inpatient stay is foreseeable, who require further investigations, where emergency interventions are necessary, or continuous monitoring is needed.
For our interdisciplinary emergency ward (NFB), we are looking for a qualified nurse from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
This is who we are
Your tasks
- You care for patients from the medical and surgical departments as well as children from 4 years old
- You are ready to demonstrate your professional competence in rapidly changing situations and take responsibility in various shifts (early, late, night and weekend duties)
- You value close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a nurse HF/FH and at least 2 years of professional experience in a somatic acute hospital
- Current professional experience in the surgical or medical field is an essential requirement for this demanding role
- You remain calm in hectic situations and are able to work efficiently
- Your strong social skills, professional communication style and high flexibility complete your profile
