The position is attached to the Infrastructure and Property Directorate. This directorate's mission is to define a strategy for the property portfolio, to develop coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan in close partnership with the main State services attached to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, to optimise the monitoring of surfaces and future planning, while ensuring the smooth running of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with constant demands for excellence, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility.
As a technical property manager, you represent the HUG as owner with property management companies and stakeholders.
You develop and propose multi-year renovation plans to enhance the property assets and estimate the necessary investments while ensuring profitability and compliance with regulations (notably LDTR).
You supervise renovation projects and ensure the continuous improvement of technical installations and their energy compliance.
You also participate in drafting management reports and internal procedures.
You receive, analyse, and process technical requests from users on sites leased by the HUG. You facilitate and coordinate interventions and reference maintenance contracts while supervising the proper compliance of technical installations.
You manage institutional premises by analysing allocation requests and proposing suitable solutions. You facilitate and study internal reorganisation projects.
Qualifications
You hold a diploma in property management or a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
You have solid experience in property management or technical building management.
You master building permit procedures.
You demonstrate a strong sense of organisation, anticipation, and analysis.
You value quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
