Mandate Manager: Fiduciary with Admission as Audit Expert (m/f/d)

We are an independent company and, with over 100 employees at six locations in Switzerland, count among the most renowned fiduciary and audit firms in Central Switzerland. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to start immediately or by arrangement. In this varied key role, you will take on the independent management of demanding fiduciary and audit mandates, lead your team on site, and actively shape the continuous development of your location. A strong internal expert team is always available to support you with specialist questions.

Responsibilities:
In your leadership role, you take on the personnel and professional management as well as the strategic development of the location and team.
You are responsible for the independent management of fiduciary mandates (financial/payroll accounting, financial statements, VAT) and holistic consulting.
You manage as leading auditor the execution of limited audits.
You are responsible for the preparation of complex tax declarations for natural and legal persons.
You maintain direct communication with authorities, banks, and auditors and drive new customer acquisition as well as relationship management.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed professional certificate or expert diploma in fiduciary, finance/accounting, or auditing.
Admission as authorised auditor or audit expert (RAB).
Several months to several years of leadership experience in the Swiss fiduciary and audit sector.
Entrepreneurial mindset, high social competence, analytical thinking, and enjoyment of digital working methods.
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (English skills are an advantage).
