IT Support Specialist Client Services (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 90,000Our ROCKEN partner is an SME in the field of network technology with innovative technical solutions. With many years of experience in the industry, our ROCKEN partner has established a firm position as a reliable service provider in the SME sector, municipalities and schools.
Responsibilities:
You set up IT workstations, manage user accounts and ensure that devices and access rights function reliably.
You are the first point of contact for users with questions or technical problems regarding hardware and software.
You carry out regular maintenance and inspection tasks on servers, networks and system components.
Supporting and maintaining standard software as well as basic services are also part of your daily business.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the IT field and have already gained practical experience in professional life.
You are very familiar with Windows systems, Office applications and common hardware.
Ideally, you bring know-how in first-level support as well as experience with HP devices.
Your German skills are fluent in speaking and writing, and you work in a structured, solution-oriented and service-conscious manner.
