IT System Admin (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the IT technology and IT system support dossier and ensure efficient IT support.
In this role, you take on first- and second-level support via the ticket system and coordinate external support services.
You manage the inventory of devices, install hardware and software, carry out minor repairs if necessary, and assist with the setup and replacement of hardware.
You ensure smooth operation of hardware, software and peripherals, especially during internal moves and new workplaces.
You perform system administration for Windows servers and NAS systems, manage software with the NetKey solution, and are responsible for security administration including firewall, antivirus and policies.
In this role, you monitor and administer VPN connections and backups, coordinate server and network monitoring, report to the responsible management members, and contribute to the further development of the IT support department.
Qualifications:
Ideally, you have a technical education (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or further training in the IT field)
You have solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment (client-server operation, Hyper-V manager) as well as in the internet environment.
You work confidently with Microsoft Office products and use them efficiently in everyday work.
You are characterised by a high service orientation, a pronounced hands-on mentality, as well as an independent and very precise way of working.
You communicate appropriately for the target audience and bring a high level of intercultural competence.
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
