What is my role?

As a Construction Foreman Building Construction, you manage construction projects from preparation to timely completion. You ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinate the site team with your leadership skills, and ensure efficient use of resources. You are the central contact person for clients, architects, and subcontractors.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the construction trade, ideally as a foreman or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience as a foreman in building construction

• Sound knowledge in building construction

• Assertiveness, organisational skills, and ability to work in a team

• Resilience and flexibility

• Good German language skills
