What is my role?

You are responsible for the professional installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Your tasks include laying cables, assembling switch and distribution cabinets, and commissioning electrical systems. You carry out fault rectifications, check safety devices and ensure that all installations comply with applicable standards and regulations. In addition, you work closely with other trades on the construction site and carefully document your work.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an Electrician EFZ

• Sound knowledge of the NIV (Low Voltage Installation Ordinance) and relevant safety regulations

• Independent and precise way of working

• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities

• Flexibility and commitment

• Category B driving licence is an advantage

• Willingness to undertake further training
