As part of our commitment to vocational training, we are looking for our Neuchâtel agency, for the start of August 2027, a:

Commercial Apprentice with Federal VET Diploma - Real Estate / Fiduciary Sector

Your apprenticeship:

During your commercial apprenticeship, you will be specifically trained in real estate professions. Within our services, you will gradually learn to perform the following tasks:

Reception:

• Ensure the physical and telephone reception of our clients (tenants, owners, suppliers),
• Provide information on rentals, organise visits to various rental apartments,
• Ensure proper key management,
• Compile and check tenant files,
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

Property management - rental and technical part:

• Manage telephone calls,
• Draw up rental contracts and amendments,
• Ensure the establishment of work orders and requests for quotes,
• Process tenant terminations,
• Carry out various correspondence and administrative tasks related to property management,
• Manage scanning and archiving.

Your profile:

• Motivated, serious and eager to gain solid professional experience,
• You have an interest in the real estate field,
• You demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail,
• You enjoy contact with clients and have a service-oriented mindset,
• You appreciate teamwork,
• You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel),
• You have a good command of French, both spoken and written,
• Place of residence easily accessible from the workplace (Neuchâtel) and the training location (La Chaux-de-Fonds).
