Accountant at 50%

About the job

As part of our activities, we are looking for a 50% accountant initially, with a prospect of increasing the workload depending on the evolution of the position and the Group's needs, to support the accounting manager in the management and monitoring of several companies within the Group.

You will work in tandem with the accounting manager and be involved in a variety of activities, with a cross-sectional view of the different entities of the Group.

Your main tasks

Maintaining the general accounting of several companies

Entry, control and monitoring of accounting entries

Management of suppliers and debtors

Bank reconciliations

Control and justification of accounts

Participation in monthly and annual closings

Preparation and establishment of VAT returns

Monitoring operations between the different companies of the Group

Administrative work related to accounting

Close and daily collaboration with the accounting manager

Your profile

Training in accounting or equivalent experience

Practical experience in Swiss accounting

Good knowledge of VAT

Very good command of IT tools

Knowledge of OfficeMaker software is an asset

Rigorous, organised and reliable person

Ability to work independently and manage several files simultaneously

Analytical mind, sense of priorities and responsibilities

Enjoy working in tandem and interacting with various Group contacts
