Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced and reliable individual as a Payroll Specialist for an established organisation in the healthcare sector.
Our client is a modern institution with professional HR and payroll processes as well as a strong service and quality orientation. To strengthen the HR team, we are seeking a specialist who ensures timely payroll processing and acts as a competent contact person for all payroll and social insurance matters.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of monthly payroll processing with Abacus
Handling of accident, illness, maternity, and other social insurance cases
Preparation of salary statements and execution of year-end tasks
Advising employees and managers on payroll and social insurance legal issues
Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of payroll processes within the Abacus environment
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training EFZ with further training as Payroll Specialist, HR specialist with federal diploma or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in payroll in Switzerland
Very good knowledge of Abacus and confident use of MS Excel
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
