Cyber Network Security Specialist (m/f/d)
Our partner offers WLAN and Network Access Control solutions and software development. The strengths of our ROCKEN partner are the evaluation, planning, implementation as well as the operation and support of WLAN and Network Access Control solutions.
Role:
The demands for secure networks are continuously increasing. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who protects corporate infrastructures against modern threats and successfully implements innovative security solutions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the further development of a modern network security environment
Design and implementation of secure network architectures for enterprise environments
Operation and optimisation of next-generation firewalls and security gateways
Support of technologies such as Fortinet, SD-WAN, VPN and network access controls
Analysis of security risks and implementation of appropriate protective measures
Participation in the introduction of new security technologies and platforms
Integration of automation and monitoring solutions to increase efficiency
Support in incident analyses and technical security investigations
Collaboration with infrastructure, cloud and security teams
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in network security or cyber security engineering
Very good knowledge of firewall and network security technologies
Experience with Fortinet or comparable manufacturers
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and network architectures
Knowledge in cloud security, automation or security monitoring is an advantage
Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Passion for modern cyber security technologies and continuous development
