Responsibilities:

As a System Engineer, you are an important part of our IT team and actively shape our modern workplace and cloud landscape. You ensure that our employees can work securely, efficiently, and comfortably at all times.

You can expect varied tasks around:

• Microsoft 365 – administration, further development, and optimisation of the M365 environment

• Modern Workplace – Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, device management, and software distribution

• Azure – operation and further development of our cloud infrastructure and Azure services

• Entra ID – identity & access management, conditional access, and modern authentication

• Security – implementation and further development of security standards in the Microsoft environment

• Automation – automation of recurring tasks, e.g. with PowerShell

• Troubleshooting – analysis and sustainable resolution of technical challenges

• Projects – participation in and/or taking over IT projects around cloud, workplace, and Microsoft technologies

Qualifications:

You are a solution-oriented IT professional who likes to take responsibility and sees technical challenges as opportunities.

Ideally, you bring:

• Education in computer science or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience as a system engineer / IT system administrator

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID

• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management

• Knowledge of Windows client & server technologies

• Enjoyment of PowerShell and automation

• A good understanding of IT security

• Analytical and structured working style

• Very good German skills and good English skills
