- Overall responsibility for complex projects in process plant construction
- Leading interdisciplinary teams from engineering, automation, assembly and commissioning
- Technical coordination with customers from the idea to successful implementation
- Managing costs, schedules and resources with a focus on efficiency
- Coordination of suppliers and external partners
- Ensuring quality, safety and hygiene standards
- Active risk management and finding pragmatic solutions
To succeed, your profile is:
- Technical degree in process engineering, food technology, mechanical engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in engineering and project management of process plants
- Sound understanding of thermal and mechanical processes
- Confidence in dealing with customers and different stakeholders
- Structured working style and clear decision-making ability
- Very good German and English skills
