IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Taking over 2nd-level support for hardware, software and workplace systems
Administration of user accounts, permissions and IT services including maintenance of technical documentation
Monitoring and implementation of IT security requirements as well as support in securing the system landscape
Management, maintenance and lifecycle management of IT hardware such as PCs, notebooks, phones and printers
Analysis of technical faults, coordination of solutions and continuous optimisation of the IT workplace environment
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in IT support or system administration
Very good knowledge of Windows client environments and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Experience with endpoint management, ideally SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
Good German and French language skills, independent and careful working style as well as a strong sense of responsibility
