What is my role?

• You lead the air conditioning department and are responsible for all technical and organisational processes in your area

• You lead and further develop your team both professionally and disciplinarily and ensure a motivating working atmosphere

• Planning, controlling and monitoring projects in the field of air conditioning technology are among your core tasks

• You are the contact person for customers, suppliers and other departments and ensure smooth communication

• Optimising processes and complying with quality standards are in your hands

• You are responsible for the budget and resource planning of your department and work closely with management

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of professional experience in air conditioning technology, ideally already in a leadership position

• Sound knowledge in the planning and implementation of air conditioning systems

• Strong leadership skills and enjoyment in team development

• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards customers and business partners

• Organisational talent and a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• Good knowledge of MS Office and industry-specific software
