Medical Secretary

Who we are

Your tasks

• You organise and coordinate medical consultations and ensure smooth daily operations
• You support surgical planning and help to carefully coordinate appointments, documents, and procedures
• You are the telephone contact point for patients, internal departments, and external referrers
• You take on general medical secretarial duties and provide administrative support to doctors in clinical daily routines
• You maintain statistics, documents, and work lists reliably and accurately
• You record and check billing services
• You participate in clinic reports and ensure the flow of information
• You work closely with doctors, nursing staff, and other professional groups

Your profile

• You have a basic medical education or comparable experience in the medical field
• Further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
• You are familiar with medical terminology
• You work independently, reliably, and precisely
• You communicate confidently in German
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage, French skills are an additional plus
• You enjoy organising, keep an overview even in a busy environment, and think proactively
• You are a team-oriented, service-minded, and responsible personality
