Assistant Tea Room Manager

• We are looking for: 1 Assistant Sales Point Manager

Responsibilities:

- Operational management: customer reception, product sales, turnover and efficiency development - Administrative management: monitoring receipts, ratios, order and stock management… - Ensuring compliance with internal standards and professional regulations: hygiene, safety, labour - Maintaining relations with support services at headquarters

• Profile sought: - More than 2 years’ experience in a similar position - Training, diploma in catering or bakery - Knowledge of collective agreement (an advantage)
