Teaching, research and practice - we connectYour tasks:
In this versatile role, you will support consulting and research projects of the Competence Centre Future Health Management with a focus on marketing and market research in healthcare. You will work on practical issues and promote knowledge transfer between the university and the healthcare sector.- Participation in consulting and research projects for healthcare stakeholders (hospitals, practices, associations and industry partners)
- Support in the conception, implementation and evaluation of market and research studies
- Application of qualitative and quantitative research methods as well as preparation and presentation of results
- Involvement in client projects and support of project managers in day-to-day business
- Supervision of student work and support of knowledge transfer between teaching and practice
- Participation in the further development of the Competence Centre Future Health Management
The position is initially limited to 3 years.
Your profile:
You are interested in issues at the interface of research, marketing and healthcare and appreciate a dynamic, project-oriented environment.- Master's degree in economics or social sciences (e.g. business administration, economics, business psychology or economic sociology)
- Professional experience in marketing/communication as well as experience in healthcare or a comparable regulated market
- Very good German and English skills as well as confident written expression
- Knowledge of qualitative research methods (e.g. interviews, content analysis), ideally with MAXQDA
- Knowledge of quantitative research methods and ideally experience with SPSS or R
- Understanding of B2B marketing and complex services
- Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as high customer orientation and initiative
- Target group-oriented communication and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
