Your field of activity

• As zone manager, you take over the coordination of care and the care process in interprofessional collaboration. In doing so, you promote interdisciplinary exchange and thus make a significant contribution to the holistic care of patients
• The well-being of our patients is your focus and you work closely with the patients' relatives
• Your active participation in change processes and team development rounds off your field of activity
• Your commitment to the guidance, support and assessment of trainees is of great importance. You promote their professional and personal development through targeted support, constructive feedback and an appreciative learning atmosphere

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH. You bring the necessary knowledge and practical skills to act professionally even in demanding situations
• You have strong social skills in dealing with geriatric patients and their relatives and approach them with empathy, appreciation and sensitivity
• You master challenging situations with a clear head and a confident overview, which underlines your ability to cope with pressure
• You enjoy teamwork, your open and solution-oriented manner promotes a positive working atmosphere and supports efficient collaboration in the team
