Technical Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Process procurement requests and obtain suitable supplier offers
Evaluate offers based on technical and commercial criteria
Negotiate supplier terms and prepare agreements
Enter orders in SAP and monitor ongoing orders
Track delivery dates and ensure material availability
Check order confirmations, invoices and delivery documents
Update master data for articles and suppliers in the ERP system
Participate in complaints, supplier evaluations and process improvements
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in a technical or commercial field
Professional experience in purchasing or a comparable function
Good user knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Technical understanding or practical experience in a technical environment
Confident manner in supplier negotiations
Structured working style with a strong service orientation
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
French and English skills are welcome
