For our client, a Geneva watchmaking company, I am looking for a Human Resources Assistant (M/F).Main duties :
  • Support the team in administrative procedures concerning international transfers (Assist in preparing transfers, relocation support documents, coordination with our service provider
  • Collaborate with external providers (for example, consultants, relocation services) to ensure optimal service performance
  • Manage logistics related to ongoing projects: manage the team’s schedules and phone calls
Training : Commercial Federal VET Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
