Your Tasks

You accompany the introduction of new software versions and support teams in implementing a microservice-based architecture
You identify technical debt early, set priorities, and drive optimisations purposefully
You take on the technical lead in projects and keep an eye on the overall architecture
You conduct architecture reviews, develop solution variants, and actively contribute your ideas
You ensure clear, comprehensible architecture documentation
You support the further development of our CI/CD processes as well as the monitoring and stability of our Kubernetes environments
You are the technical contact for our agile development teams and explain complex concepts clearly
You analyse technical customer concerns and provide competent support

Our Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead
Degree in computer science or comparable practical experience
Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Maven
Experience with cloud and container technologies as well as service-oriented architectures
Very good database knowledge (e.g. Oracle, Hibernate, Liquibase)
Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms such as GitLab, Docker or Kubernetes (advantage, not mandatory)
You work in a structured way, are team-oriented and communicate clearly and openly
You want to continuously develop yourself professionally and methodically
Very good German and good English skills
