Leadership, promotion and coaching of staff in the specialist area
Participation in OR coordination in close consultation with the involved professional groups
Involvement in the strategic and operational development of entrepreneurial and department-specific projects
Active work in the operating theatre

Training as a certified operations nurse or as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF with professional experience in the field
Leadership experience is an advantage, willingness to complete internal leadership training
Open, innovative, assertive and resilient personality
High social competence, dialogue and motivation skills, as well as ability for interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
Strong patient orientation and pronounced quality awareness
