• Answer guest questions and provide recommendations
• Guest care (greeting, farewell, etc.)
• Ensuring and obtaining information and forwarding it to guests and internal departments
• Responsibility and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail in the concierge area
• Organisation of guest transfers, excursions, car rentals, etc.
• Responsibility and management of the concierge cash register
• Representation of the Head Concierge
• Deputy duty planning for Head Concierge
• Monthly billing control of external cooperation partners
• Coordination and commissioning of the bell team
• Training of the bellman / chauffeur team
• Comprehensive information provision to subordinate employees and relevant departments about work-related and operational information
• Optimal support of other departments

• Completed training in a comparable profession (hotel management school)
• Any further training is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience at the front desk of a comparable hotel operation desirable
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage)
• Preferably knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8, good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reliable, team-oriented and loyal
• Strong communication skills and adept in dealing with demanding guests
