System Engineer Network & Server (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 125,000Our Rocken partner is an IT service company specialising in providing IT infrastructure for its customers. With a highly motivated team that values continuous training and a good working atmosphere, our Rocken partner is available to its customers for all IT matters.
Role:
From the first conversation to stable operation, you accompany your customers. You gather requirements and develop viable technical concepts from them. You implement and reliably maintain networks, servers and virtualisation environments. You plan your assignments independently and work autonomously. Training users is also part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
You gather customer requirements and design tailored solutions
You implement and maintain network, server and system environments
You ensure the performance, stability and security of the systems
You advise and support customers independently in the field and via remote maintenance
You also conduct customer training on various technical topics
Qualifications:
You have a vocational qualification as an IT specialist or a Microsoft certification in the Windows Server environment
You have experience with servers, networks and virtualisation solutions
You appreciate independent customer support and plan your work yourself
You work in a team-oriented, flexible and reliable manner
You think analytically and recognise connections across system boundaries
You hold a category B driving licence
