Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an internationally active provider of audio, video and media technology solutions and supports customers in the planning, implementation and management of demanding event, communication and presentation projects. With high technical competence, state-of-the-art infrastructure and extensive project experience, it develops customised solutions for companies, institutions and events of various sizes.
Responsibilities:
You manage the general and subsidiary ledgers including accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting.
You independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP.
In collaboration with your supervisor, you support liquidity planning, budgeting, reporting and analyses.
You are responsible for VAT returns, intercompany reconciliations and participate in financial projects.
You coordinate payroll accounting together with external service providers and optimise existing processes.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with further training in finance.
You bring several years of experience in accounting as well as confidence in preparing financial statements according to Swiss GAAP.
You are characterised by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
You communicate fluently in German and well in English.
