100% Service Technician for French-speaking Switzerland
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the complete management of cooling fluids (Customer Fluid Management) at contracted customers
- Monitoring, maintenance, filling, replacement and documentation in accordance with the customer agreement –
- Organisation of logistics for carrying out maintenance interventions –
- Organisation and implementation of waste disposal according to best practice –
- Documentation of work according to the agreed format –
- Carrying out cleaning work and other activities related to the CFM service –
- Follow-up with customers outside the scope of CFM management in the field of cooling fluid maintenance –
- Monitoring of cooling lubricants and documentation according to requirements –
- Replacement of cooling fluids at customers –
- Handling complaints – updating data in the system and implementing measures (on-site troubleshooting) –
- Participation in trade fairs – implementation of filling concepts –
- Support for Swiss sales through other service offerings – Support for the Swiss market for tasks related to LiquidTool systems (LTA/LTM/LTS/Autopilot)
Your profile
- Professional training in mechanics/metal machining
- Preferably experience in the technical services sector
- Experience in a production and workshop environment, with a practical dimension
- Forklift truck driving licence (e.g. forklift truck): an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Aptitude and enthusiasm for using IT tools
- Fluency in French and German, both spoken and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Team spirit and customer orientation – enjoyment of direct contact with customers
- Availability to travel 80%
