What is my role?
In your role as Training Supervisor (40%), you take on the professional and personal support of apprentices in the bricklayer EFZ field with a focus on building construction and renovation. You plan and accompany the practical training sequences on the construction site, specifically promote the professional and social development of the young professionals, and actively prepare them for the qualification procedure. In addition, you maintain regular contact with vocational schools, parents, and authorities and ensure high-quality training according to the applicable BiVo.
As a Construction Manager Building Construction (40-60%), you are responsible for the planning, organisation, and execution of demanding building construction projects. You coordinate internal and external participants, lead the construction site personnel, and ensure efficient implementation of the construction work – regarding quality, deadlines, and costs. In doing so, you work closely with clients, architects, and authorities, monitor the construction progress, and ensure that all standards, regulations, and safety guidelines are adhered to.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed further training as a Construction Manager
Completed trainer course (or willingness to complete it)
Several years of practical experience in building construction as well as experience in supervising apprentices
Strong leadership and social skills in dealing with young people and construction site teams
Ability to plan, implement, and document practical training units on the construction site
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Confident appearance in contact with clients, architects, vocational schools, and authorities
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good communication skills, and organisational talent
