Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for BIM/CAD planning in building services engineering HLKS. You will create and edit digital specialist models for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation and coordinate these across trades with other planning disciplines. A focus is on Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), openBIM and model-based collaboration as well as ensuring high model and data quality. The position is suitable for professionals from building services engineering who want to specifically develop their skills in digital planning and BIM coordination.
Responsibilities:
Creation and editing of BIM specialist models for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation (HLKS) using Autodesk Revit
Model-based implementation of building services projects across the relevant planning and execution phases
Cross-trade BIM coordination with architecture, electrical planning, structural engineering and other specialist disciplines
Conducting model checks and clash detections as well as structured processing of identified issues
Use of Navisworks and BIMcollab for coordination, clash detection and issue management
Organisation and maintenance of project models within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360)
Implementation and support of openBIM processes as well as structured exchange of model and project data
Ensuring model, data and plan quality according to project-specific BIM requirements and internal standards
Creation and derivation of plans, sections, views and technical documentation from the specialist models
Coordination of technical interfaces and alignment with project managers, specialist planners and external planning partners
Participation in the development and advancement of BIM standards, Revit templates, families and modelling guidelines
Support in the continuous digitalisation and automation of planning processes in building services engineering
Qualifications:
Training as a building services planner EFZ HLKS, technician HF building services, engineer FH building services or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and model-based building services planning
Knowledge of AutoCAD as well as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360)
Experience with Navisworks and BIMcollab as well as BIM coordination is an advantage
Expertise in at least one area of heating, ventilation, air conditioning or sanitation
Knowledge of openBIM, model-based data exchange and BIM processes is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
