Architect/Project Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
Our client is an established architecture and planning company specialising in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The company accompanies construction projects holistically from the initial idea through planning to execution and site management.
With an experienced, interdisciplinary team, it focuses on high-quality, sustainable and economical solutions. A customer-oriented approach, high professional competence and professional project management characterise the company as a reliable partner in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of construction projects across all project phases, from conception to successful handover
Leadership and control of interdisciplinary project teams as well as ensuring smooth project progress
Responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality within the assigned projects
Preparation and monitoring of calculations, budgets and schedules
Ensuring efficient, economical and high-quality project implementation
Competent support and advice to the client throughout the entire project process
Coordination and communication with authorities, specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, standards and quality requirements
Qualifications:
Completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ, preferably specialising in architecture or structural engineering
Further education as an architect FH/HF, site manager or certified technician HF structural engineering
Several years of experience in managing and implementing construction projects is an advantage
Confident handling of ArchiCAD as well as common MS Office applications
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Strong communication and organisational skills
High customer orientation and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
Team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking and action
