For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Rapperswil-Jona area, we are looking for a reliable, precise and technically skilled individual as a Polymechanic CNC Turning / Precision Manufacturing 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will work in mechanical manufacturing and undertake demanding turning operations on CNC-controlled machines. You will produce precise components according to drawings, ensure quality and maintain stable production processes.
- Manufacturing individual parts, small series or series according to technical drawings
- Processing precise mechanical components with tight tolerances
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Optimising machining processes in collaboration with production, planning and quality assurance
- Documenting test results, deviations and production data
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as ensuring a clean workplace
- Experience in CNC turning or mechanical precision manufacturing
- Confident reading of technical drawings and good understanding of tolerances
- Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or comparable systems is an advantage
- Knowledge in long turning, décolletage or series production is a plus
- Quality-conscious, precise and independent working style
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or comparable technical education- Experience in CNC turning or mechanical precision manufacturing
