Concierge / Maintenance and Caretaker Agent

In the security sector, rigour and reliability are essential. We are looking for a versatile and autonomous concierge to ensure the general upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of our 3 buildings located in Geneva, Rolle, and Lonay.

Main duties:

Cleaning and maintenance of premises:

• Dusting surfaces, desks, tables, and equipment
• Cleaning floors, sanitary facilities (toilets, sinks), and common areas
• Cleaning exterior and interior windows
• Maintenance of the garage and passage areas
• General tidying of workspaces
• Management and removal/return of rubbish bins
• Purchasing materials and products.

Technical and logistical maintenance:

• Minor repairs and routine maintenance work (painting, touch-ups, etc.)
• Replacing light bulbs and managing small technical equipment
• Transport and monitoring of uniform cleaning at the dry cleaners
• Monitoring the general condition of the three buildings

Desired profile:

• Experience in a similar position preferred
• Organisational skills, rigour, and attention to detail
• Handy, responsive, and autonomous in managing daily tasks
• Swiss nationality, C or B permit, EU/EFTA
• Driving licence
